A professionally guided hunting trip is designed to take all the guess work out of hunting. So as the hunter, all you have to do is show up and hunt. That being said, hiring me as your guide is your opportunity to learn the tools that make me successful.
Woodsmens' knowledge is essential to success and most people don’t have the opportunity to hone those skills. A confident hunter is a successful hunter. I want the hunter to understand what they’re doing and why they're doing it.
All accommodations can be made from places to stay to gear necessary for the hunt. I also have an on-call gunsmith at your disposal as well as a professional bow shop, should you need either of these.
I start early before hunting seasons open, scouting and planning for the hunter.I hunt on non-fenced public and private lands. Almost all big game hunts take place on private lands except for those special pieces of public land. For each hunter that books a hunt, I set up 2-3 different stands. This is done to ensure quality hunting. For bear hunting, I prefer to use baiting as a method to harvest game. Waterfowl hunting can take place on any number of remote ponds, chains of lakes or flowages.
A great and fun way to enjoy the fall seasons is to split the day in half. We can duck and goose hunt in the morning and then transition to upland game or fishing in the afternoon. These combo trips have become a favorite among our clients, as it allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors during that famous fall season.
